The mantra of Hayagriva, the horse-headed wrathful deity. "Hrih" is the seed syllable of Amitabha/Avalokiteshvara. "Hulu Hulu" represents his powerful neighing that terrifies demons and negative forces. Used for protection and clearing obstacles.
